How To Catch All The Ultra Beast’s in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.Ultra Beasts make a welcome return in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Ultra Beasts are strong and exceptional alien-like Pokemon, akin to the revered Legendary’s of old.
There utility and strength make them a worthy ally in your Pokemon team and it would be foolish to not catch all the Ultra Beasts.However, there are a few changes on how to encounter and catch all the Ultra beasts. To help my fellow aspiring Pokemon trainers, I’ve decided to put together a clear and concise guide on how to catch all Ultra Beasts in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.What you will need!Before starting your Ultra Beast hunt, I would advice you to be prepared. First and foremost, stock up on plenty of Ultra Balls. Secondly, you will need a high level team as almost all encounters will be at Level 60. Lastly, I would recommend bringing a Pokemon with False Swipe and a Pokemon with a sleep inducing move.How To catch Stakataka (Ultra Sun)/ Blacephalon (Ultra Moon)Stakatata/Blacephalon becomes available after beating the game and becoming the Pokemon champion. Hua, Soliero and Phyco will visit your house to inform you that Utra beasts have invaded Poni Island and have asked for your assistance to stop the Ultra Beasts. Agree to fast travel to Poni Island.
Once there talk to Wicke and Hua to receive Type: Null. Enter Poni Grove to receive 5 Beast Balls from Soliera. Walk on the grass to encounter Stakatata/Blacephalon. Pack a Pokemon with False Swipe and sleep inducer to make your life easier. Use False swipe to wither it’s health to 1hp and use the Sleep user to make the capture easier. Once Stakatata/Blacephalonis caught don’t leave yet. You can capture a second Stakatata/Blacephalonby walking on the grass again.Catching Ultra Beasts in the Warp HoleOnce you gain access to the Warp Hole.

You can travel inside the hole and enter colored wormholes. The Warp hole is a nift mini game. The essential goal is to travel as far down the hole as possible. Collecting orange orbs provides momentum for your respective legendary. Hitting the electric balls will halter your momentum. The farther you travel improves the probability of a rare encounter.The wormhole colors represent a certain reward that lies within the other side. Some colors offer Legendaries.
However, we are interested in Ultra Beasts. Ultra Beast can be found in the white/light yellow coloured wormholes. So for the purpose of this guide we will focus on the white worm holes.You can view the video to see how the Warp Hole functions.How to Catch Pheromosa (Ultra Moon only)Phermosa can be found in the Ultra Desert and in Ultra Moon only. To get to the Ultra Desert, you will need to enter the white/light yellow colored wormhole (not to be be mistaken with the yellow colored wormhole) in the Warp hole mini game. Ultra Desert is a common encounter in the Warp hole. Simply repeat the Warp Hole game until you find yourself in the Ultra Desert.
Once in the Ultra Desert just make your way to the end to find Pheromosa. How to Catch NihilegoNihilego can be found it the Ultra Deep Sea. The Ultra Deep Sea is a fairly common visit when you enter the white/light yellow wormhole. Grind your way in the Warp hole until you encounter the Ultra Deep Sea. Once inside you can find Nihilego awaiting for you. How to Catch Buzzwole (Ultra Sun only)Buzzwole can be found in the Ultra jungle and in Ultra Sun only.
Pokemon Penumbra Moon Encounters Movie
The Ultra Jungle is a relatively common encounter in the Warp hole. Enter the white/light yellow colored wormhole until you find yourself inside the Ultra Jungle. Here you will find Buzzwole.
How To Catch XurkitreeXurkitree can be found in the Ultra Plant. Ultra Plant is a fairly rare encounter in the Warp hole. While not proven yet, the further you travel down the Warp hole the greater chance the Ultra Plant will pop up. Grind your way until the Ultra Plant pops up. Here you will find Xurkitree patiently waiting for you. How to catch Celesteela (Ultra Moon Only)Celesteela can be found in the Ultra Crate and in Ultra Moon only. The Ultra Crater is a fairly rare encounter in the Warp holes.
You may need to grind several times before the Ultra Crater appears. Awaiting here is Celesteela. How to Catch Kartana (Ultra Sun only)Kartana can be found in the Ultra Forest and in Ultra Sun only. Similar to Ultra Crater, the Ultra Forest is a fairly rare encounter in the Warp Holes. Just keep trying until the Ultra Forest appears and you will be rewarded with Kartana. How to catch GuzzlordPerhaps the hardest Ultra beast to catch. Guzzlord can be found in the Ultra Ruins.
The Ultra ruin is a very rare encounter in the Warp holes. To improve your chances attempt to go as far as you can in the warp hole.
The further you go, the better the chance you will end up in the Ultra Ruins. When you do eventually make it to the Ultra Ruins, Guzzlord will be menacingly lurking in the ruins.How to Catch PoipoleGiven to you by Soliera after beating Ultra Necrozma.
